Can I modify my order?Updated 13 days ago

To ensure fast delivery, orders begin processing immediately. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations; however, please email us at [email protected] within one hour of placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We're available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PT (excluding holidays) and will respond in the order your message is received.


Address Updates

We cannot make changes to billing addresses. If you entered the incorrect billing address, please request a cancellation. See Cancel Order section below. 

If you need to modify your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] within one hour of placing your order. Be sure to email from the same address used for your purchase to streamline the process. Note: We cannot update the address to include a different shipping country.

You will be asked to confirm the request—the address change must be confirmed within one hour of placing the order. If not, it will be processed as usual. 

Nomadix is not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, then it is your responsibility to reach out to the carrier to redirect the shipment to the correct address or have it returned to sender.


Cancel Order

If you need to cancel, please email us at [email protected] within one hour of placing your order. Be sure to email from the same address used for your purchase to streamline the process.

You will be asked to confirm the request—the cancellation must be confirmed within one hour of placing the order. If not, it will be processed as usual. More info here.

Note for European Union Customers:

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from any online purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This right applies to all Nomadix orders shipped to EU member states. If it has been longer than one hour and you need to cancel your order, please ask to speak to a live agent and we will help find a resolution. 


Update Shipping Method

Once an order is placed, the shipping method (e.g., standard or express) cannot be changed. Thank you for your understanding.


Add Discount Codes or Gift Cards

Discount codes and gift cards cannot be added once an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.


Add Items to an Order

We’re unable to add items to an existing order. For security and operational reasons, modifications cannot be made after checkout. If you'd like to purchase additional items, please place a separate order.


Remove Items from an Order

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify the items or quantities. If you prefer to cancel the order and place a new one, please email us at [email protected] within one hour of placing the order. To help us process it quickly, be sure to email from the same address used at checkout.
