You can earn points for leaving us a review (and extra points by including a photo)! Please keep in mind that points for a review must be tied to a recent purchase. The points are obtained through the post-purchase survey that is sent to you via email about two weeks after your order is delivered. At this time, points are not granted for reviews written outside of that workflow. We apologize for the limitation and hope to be able to offer points for a wider variety of reviews in the future. 

If the review was submitted directly from the post-purchase survey email, and you still do not see your points rewarded, then please contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it. We are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PT (excluding holidays). 

Please note that points cannot be rewarded for purchases or post-purchase surveys received prior to the program's launch date of Nov. 1, 2022.
