Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is offered within the contiguous U.S on orders over $50 USD. Order subtotal must be $50 USD or more to receive free shipping. Since gift cards are sent electronically, they do not count towards the free shipping minimum. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select locations. More info here.

Shipping & Processing Times

All orders require an extra 1-2 business days to process. The shipping methods listed at checkout only show the carrier's estimated transit time and does not include processing time.

Once shipped, standard orders typically arrive within 7 business days, and expedited orders within 3 business days. However, transit times cannot be guaranteed for international shipments or orders outside the contiguous U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. During times of high package volume, carriers may experience delays or missed shipment scans that are outside our control and may affect the estimated delivery date. Please check your tracking number for updates.

Incorrect Address Liability

Nomadix is not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrectly entered addresses. If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us at [email protected] within one hour of placing the order. As orders begin processing immediately, we may not be able to make modifications once the order has been submitted, but we will do our best to accommodate the request. If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, then it is your responsibility to reach out to the carrier to redirect the shipment to the correct address or have it returned to sender.
