We cannot accept international returns (outside the U.S.). We apologize for the inconvenience.
Gift Return Policy
- We do not currently offer exchanges.
- Nomadix does not provide a return label for gift returns. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. For holiday purchases & returns, please read our Holiday Shipping & Return policy.
- For hygienic purposes, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, free of odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging (i.e., cardboard sleeves and tags). See “Important: Original Packaging Required” below.
- Sale items (excluding bundle packs), gift cards, and gift-with-purchase promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We can only accept gift returns for items purchased directly on the Nomadix.co website.
- Refunds will be given as store credit in the form of a discount code.
Important: Original Packaging Required
All returns must include the product’s original packaging—specifically the printed cardboard sleeves and tags.
- Items that do not meet the return criteria listed above (e.g., missing original packaging or used) will not be refunded or returned to the customer. These items will be responsibly donated.
Refund Details
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed in the return policy, then the return will be denied and the item(s) will be donated.
We recommend including your name, email address, and phone number in the return package in case the label is damaged during transit.
Nomadix is not responsible for lost gift return packages. We recommend retaining proof of your return shipment and insuring it so that you can file a claim in case it is lost or damaged during transit.
Make a Gift Return
To approve a return, we will need to know the order number & the email address or phone number associated with the original order. If you don’t have that info, please email us at [email protected] with the following information and we’ll locate the order for you.
- the Gift Giver’s first & last name
- their email address and/or phone number
If you already have the above info on hand, then please send your item(s) as a return to the below address.
Please legibly include the following in the return package:
- your full name & email address
- the original order number
- the email address associated with the original order
If the requested information is not provided or is illegible then we will not be able to process the return and the item(s) will be donated.
