Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition — free of odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
• Items must be returned in original packaging (cardboard sleeves and tags intact).
• Items marked "final sale," gift cards, print-on-demand products, and gift-with-purchase items cannot be returned.
• We can only accept gift returns for items purchased directly on nomadix.co.
• We do not currently offer exchanges.

Return Shipping

• Nomadix does not provide a return label for gift returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Nomadix is not responsible for lost gift return packages. We recommend retaining proof of shipment and insuring your package so you can file a claim if it is lost or damaged in transit.
• We recommend including your name, email address, phone number, and the original order number, name, and email address in the return package. If it is illegible, we will not be able to complete the return request.

Refund Details

• Refunds will be given as store credit in the form of a discount code.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return arrives at our warehouse.
• If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the return will be denied and the item(s) will be donated.

How to Make a Gift Return

To process your return, we will need the original order number and the email address or phone number associated with the original order.

If you don't have that information, please email [email protected] with:

• The gift giver's first and last name
• Their email address and/or phone number

If you already have the order information, send your item(s) to our return address below. Please include in the return package:

• Your full name and email address
• The original order number
• The email address associated with the original order

If the requested information is not provided or is illegible, we will not be able to process the return and the item(s) will be donated.
