Overview

Orders placed between Nov. 1, 2025 - Dec. 31, 2025 must be shipped back by Jan. 31, 2026 to be eligible for a refund.

If your item(s) arrived damaged or if your order never arrived, please contact us at [email protected] within 10 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. Be sure to use the same email address used to place the order so we can assist you more quickly.

 

Original Packaging Required

All returns must include the product's original packaging — specifically the printed cardboard sleeves and tags.

Items missing original packaging, or showing signs of use, will not be refunded and will not be returned to you. These items will be responsibly donated.

 

United States Returns

Eligibility

  • For orders placed between Nov. 1, 2025–Dec. 31, 2025, the return must be initiated by January 31, 2026. 
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition — free of odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging (cardboard sleeves and tags intact).
  • Items marked "final sale," gift cards, print-on-demand products, and gift-with-purchase items cannot be returned.
  • We can only accept returns for items purchased directly on nomadix.co.
  • We do not currently offer exchanges.

 

Refund Details

  • A flat fee of $12 per return label used will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return arrives at our warehouse.

 

How to Return (US)

  1. Visit our Return Portal to submit your return request. You will receive return instructions within 1 business day (9am–5pm PT, Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  2. Repackage your item(s) with the original sleeve and tags, plus your name and order number (or original packing slip).
  3. Ship using the return label provided by Nomadix. Returns sent with a self-purchased label may be delayed or lost. Nomadix is not responsible for locating, refunding, or filing claims for items returned without our label.
  4. Once received, items will be inspected. If they meet the return conditions, a refund will be issued. If not, the refund will be denied and the item(s) donated.

 

International Returns

This policy was updated in June 2026 to comply with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Right of Withdrawal). Nomadix reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
