Orders placed between Nov. 1, 2024 - Dec. 31, 2024 must be shipped back by Jan. 31, 2025 to be eligible for a refund.

We cannot accept international returns. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Holiday Returns

• Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with tags attached if applicable.
• Sale items (excluding bundles) and Gift With Purchase offers are final sale – with the exception of sale items purchased between Nov. 15, 2024-Dec. 9, 2024.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A $12 shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• We can only accept returns for items purchased directly on the Nomadix.co website.

Please read the Return Policy above before proceeding to the Return Portal HERE. If your return does not meet the conditions listed in the return policy, then we will not be able to issue a refund and the item(s) will be donated.

Please include your name and order number in the return package in case the label is damaged during transit.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse.
