We cannot accept international returns. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on Nomadix.co as long as it meets the following criteria:
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with tags attached if applicable.
- Sale items (excluding bundles) and Gift With Purchase offers are final sale. For holiday purchases & returns, please read our Holiday Shipping & Return policy.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A $12 shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery date. For holiday purchases & returns, please see read our Holiday Shipping & Return policy.
- We can only accept returns for items purchased directly on the Nomadix.co website.
How To Make A Return
Read the return policy above before proceeding to the RETURNS PORTAL (log-in info located in the section below). If your return does not meet the conditions listed in the return policy, then we will not be able to issue a refund and the item(s) will be donated.
Please include your name and order number in the return package in case the label is damaged during transit.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse.
If you received an item that is defective or was damaged during shipping, or if you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]. We are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PT (excluding holidays). If you send us an email outside of that window, please be patient and someone will reply to you as soon as possible.
Submit A Return Request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or use the link in the return policy above, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
Please allow up to 1 business day for the return request to be approved (business days are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PT). If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, inspected, and approved, you will receive a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed.
