Return & Exchange Policy
- We cannot accept international returns (outside the U.S.). We apologize for the inconvenience.
- We do not currently offer exchanges.
- For gift returns, please view our Gift Return policy.
- If your item(s) arrived damaged, or if your order never arrived, please contact us at [email protected] within 10 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. Be sure to use the same email address used to place the order so we can assist you more quickly.
We want you to love your Nomadix gear—but if you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on Nomadix.co as long as it meets the following criteria:
Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. For holiday purchases & returns, please read our Holiday Shipping & Return policy.
For hygienic purposes, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, free of odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
Items must be returned in the original packaging (i.e., cardboard sleeves and tags). See “Important: Original Packaging Required” below.
Sale items (excluding bundle packs), gift cards, and gift-with-purchase promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We can only accept returns for items purchased directly on the Nomadix.co website.
Important: Original Packaging Required
All returns must include the product’s original packaging—specifically the printed cardboard sleeves and tags.
Items that do not meet the return criteria listed above (e.g., missing original packaging or used) will not be refunded or returned to the customer. These items will be responsibly donated.
Refund Details
A flat fee of $12 per return label used will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping and restocking.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.
How To Return
If your return does not meet the conditions listed in the return policy, then we will not be able to issue a refund and the item(s) will be donated.
Visit our RETURN PORTAL to submit your return request.
Repackage your item with the original sleeve and tags, along with your name and order number (or original packing slip).
Ship the item(s) back using the return label provided by Nomadix. Returns sent using a self-purchased or third-party label may be delayed, misrouted, or lost, as they are harder to match to your return request and can significantly slow down processing. Nomadix is not responsible for locating, refunding, or filing claims for items returned without our provided label.
Inspection and refund. Once received, item(s) will be inspected. If they meet the return conditions, a refund will be issued. If not, the refund will be denied and the item(s) will be donated.
Submit A Return Request
You can request a return by clicking the profile icon in the store’s menu or using the link in the return policy above.
1. Log in to your account
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Check your email for a six-digit verification code.
Return to the store and enter the code.
2. Submit your return request
Click Request Return next to the relevant order.
Select the item(s) you want to return.
Choose the reason for the return.
Click Request Return to submit.
Next steps
Return requests are reviewed within 1 business day (Mon-Fri).
If approved and shipping is required, you’ll receive an email with a return label and instructions.
